CARSI是中国教育科研计算机网统一认证与资源共享基础设施（CERNET Authentication and Resource Sharing Infrastructure），可实现数字资源的不受ip限制的校外访问方式，我校已经购买的资源都可以使用读者一卡通账户登录访问。
数据库访问基本方式是先在主页中找到本校机构账户（一般先选择CHINA CERNET Federation，再查找到Qufu Normal University），然后登陆个人的校园一卡通账户即可。每个数据库登陆方式略有不同，详细方式见下表的访问流程。
